Boy born with kidney in thigh diagnosed with extremely rare disorder
Hamish Robinson, a 10-year-old boy in the U.K. who was born with his kidney at the top of his right thigh was diagnosed with such a rare disorder, that his doctors have named the case after him. Hamish was born missing the 7p22.1 chromosome, which can cause a range of symptoms.
