DOJ calls Nadler subpoena for full Mueller report 'premature and unnecessary'
The Department of Justice responded Friday to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler’s request for Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s full report and underlying evidence by denying the request, saying that the subpoena was both “premature and unnecessary.”
