Fugitive arrested 16 years after killing Florida retirees in drunken-driving crash on Easter
A fugitive on the run since 2008 has been captured by authorities in Costa Rica, 16 years after he drove drunk and killed a retired married couple on Easter Sunday in Miami in 2003.
